I actually won something?

Remember i mentioned that i actually won invites to the premiere screening of Up??Well i have fourfeetnine to thank cos i entered a contest she organized. And since the topic was so vast i just e-mailed her one of my previous blog entries on Friendster messages.. and waddaya know? Wooots i got this 'make my day' email.

I have not won anything in ages so of course i was elated.. alas it was not meant to be..The initial showing was to be at Cineleisure Damansara.. and even though i was to be on call the next day, i was excited at the prospect of watching Up! at a premiere where there probably would be many celebrity bloggers.. JH was post call but he too said ok we can go. However at the very last minute the venue was changed to Pavilion of all places.

Obviously a nicer and more atas place to have a premiere at and probably not a problem for people from KL. However for both of us from Slim River it was not worth enduring the jam for.

So that is the story of why i won, why i was excited and why i had to let it go in the end.
