Sometimes you're not appreciated even after doing your best. All it takes is for a sad , loser-in-life idiot to screw you over.
Anyway child was safely transported to a tertiary center.Things like this make me feel sometimes it does not pay to do your best.

Yeah actually felt good that we stabilized the child.. but mana tau not appreciated also.
